As a service, Revive Catering is trying to improve the welfare, health and mobility of both an ageing nation and a nation requiring care. As an organisation with vast culinary and dietetic experience, our primary goal is to provide more independence to these people through proven effective changes to diet and care procedure.

We aim to demonstrate that responsible sourcing and careful management of menus can result in a net saving for our clients. This provides a ‘win for all’ outcome that will help take Scotland’s 3rd sector and supported education to a far higher level of quality.

our promise

We recognise the important part we play in supporting both the care and education sectors in Scotland, and are determined to ensure as many people that can benefit both directly and indirectly from our service do so. It is vital our country has a sustainable and first class Care Sector, and Revive Catering will work resolutely to support this from the ground level up.

The food we eat can be the key to independence and dignity, and as an organisation we promise to spread our knowledge, processes and ethos as far and efficiently as we can!

As a service, Revive Catering is trying to improve the welfare, health and mobility of an aging nation. Through our service provision within the Care Sector and further outreach to the wider community, we are achieving this by following some simple rules and spreading our company ethos.

We encourage and enforce strict waste practices in both recycling and produce ordering. Everything down to the number of hob burners being utilised and length of time taps are run is considered by our staff and monitored by our management.

Our ‘food route’ is carefully considered to ensure the highest levels of nutrition for residents, whilst supporting animal and worker’s welfare; sourcing Red Tractor, Fairtrade products and sustainable fish. We aim to demonstrate that responsible sourcing can result in a net saving for our clients. As well as supporting healthier and more independent residents, carefully managed menus and ordering always results in less waste.
